We don't accept returns or exchanges

All clothing, latex or otherwise, is considered "sensitive" and/or "intimate' in nature. Seriously. We don't have a "try before you buy" program, and we'll never "restock" items, in an effort to ensure the products our customers receive remain in pristine condition.

What if an item didn't fit?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, you received the wrong item, or your order was incomplete - we'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
In the event a refund is necessary, the charge will be processed back to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
